Returns & Warranty

Returns in General:

We provide a 14 day right of return, which applies to all products that fail to meet the product specifications or differ significantly from the product description. All product returns need to be accompanied with a return materials authorisation letter or email from us.

Warranty & Returns on all Clothing, Body Supports & Compression Garments:

Please carefully choose these items as due to health & hygiene reasons these items cannot be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty on receipt. We must be notified via email immediately if this is the case.
They cannot be exchanged for any reasons other than manufacturing defect. Please make your choice of styles, colours and sizes carefully.
