Proper footwear can also minimize the risk for knee injury. Wearing shoes that are appropriate for the activity can lessen the risk of twisting and other forces that can stress the knee.

Its all good man, i just feel incomplete wiuhott knowing how to use those 2 features..lol. after all i am new to pro tools. Everything ive learned has been from you and Joe Gilder @ Home Studio Corner. Hopefully soon u can cover that tho. |
